Remembering Connie Myren

Past Omicron State President (1991-93)

Constance Myren passed away on December 23, 2015. A member of Lambda Chapter, she was best known for her humor, musical talents and vibrant personality. Connie received Omicron State’s Achievement Award

in 1986. She served the Society at all levels, attended International and Regional events and had a wide range of friends from all over the world. In 2012, when Japan became a part of DKG, Connie attended the installation of officers and initiation of members and played the piano for the ceremonies. She was always an active participant and presenter at Omicron State’s Creative Arts Retreats, Life Experience activities, Leadership Days and state and chapter programs and events. She was also passionate about her membership and participation in the Arizona

Retired Teachers Association.
