Are you working on an advanced degree? Do you want to attend an educational conference or a personal enrichment workshop? If so, Delta Kappa Gamma Illinois State Organization might be able to help you!

Delta Kappa Gamma Illinois State Organization has money available to award to members for scholarships and special study stipends. Applications can be obtained online at www.deltakappagamma.org/IL/. Click on Committees, then Scholarship to find the application, guidelines, and the rubrics. Applications are due January 9, 2023. Amounts awarded will likely be lower this year due to budget shortfalls and low interest rates, but thousands of dollars will still be awarded, so take time and apply! Remember the process is by electronic application.

The purpose of the scholarships and special study stipends program is to provide women educators with financial support for graduate and/or undergraduate study and to promote professional and personal growth opportunities.
 
Delta Kappa Gamma Illinois State Organization offers scholarships and stipends ONLY TO ACTIVE MEMBERS based upon the availability of funds in the program.  Funding is provided by members’ and chapters’ contributions as well as the interest in the funds.  To be eligible for a scholarship or special study stipend a minimum of three years membership in Delta Kappa Gamma is required.
