Loretta Persohn Brehm Our Founder

On May 11, 1940 Loretta Persohn Brehm, our founder traveled to Hammond, Louisiana, to be intitiated into Omicrom Chapter. During the next six months, Loretta worked diligently with Dr. May Allen to organize Upsilon Chapter.  The Chapter Charter was signed on November 10, 1940, at Newcomb College.  Her leadership positions in Delta Kappa Gamma included:
