Epsilon State members are selected in odd numbered years to attend a weekend Leadership Seminar during the month of June. A reknowned woman leader is invited as the main presenter. Other state leaders present workshops and activities to assist participants with development and enhancement of leadership skills. |

In celebration of Delta Kappa Gamma's 75th Anniversary, Epsilon State established a special stipend for non-classroom educators, active and retired, regardless of years of membership, area of expertise, certification or assignment! Funds are made available through Jubilee Roses and through memorial donations to the fund. |

These are awarded by the State Scholarships Committee during the State Convention Luncheon. The recipients are members who are working toward advanced academic degrees or areas of certification. |

Awarded to recipients to help defray expenses of Epsilon State members who attend state, national, and international conventions and conferences. The meeting must be other than a Delta Kappa Gamma meeting. The intent is to assist educators with improving skills in their subject matter disciplines. |
