Submission deadline is February 1, 2014
Submit only 1 (one) copy
Submission format - choose 1 (one) of the following methods:
- A paper copy (not recommended, however we realize this may be the right method for YOUR chapter)
- As an electronic email attachment in either Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) (a preferred method) OR
- As an electronic email attachment in Portable Document Format (.pdf) ~ the preferred method.
- On a CD in either Word or .pdf format
- A link to your document if it can be found on the Internet and if needed a password
The newsletter submitted should be from year. This means any newsletter from late summer through the due date. You choose your best.
Let us know if the bulk of your recipients gets the newsletter as an electronic file. (Think Green!)
Identify your editor or editors and provide email address(es) if they are available.

Send your 1 (one) submission by February 1, 2014 to:

Scoring Guide in Adobe Acrobat Reader .pdf Format

To open and read the .pdf format you will need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader application downloadable from Adobe.com. Locate the button that says "Get Acrobat Reader." Check your computer first to see it you already have it or download the latest version if it is compatible with your operating system version. There are versions available for both Windows and Macintosh users.
