President Elizabeth Wood will use the telephone tree for emergencies and reminders of meetings. When using the telephone tree, Elizabeth will call each person at the top of each branch so they can contact members in their branch, or Elizabeth will email the entire chapter. If the heads of each branch are contacted via email, they are responsible for phoning members in their branch without an email address.
