State Goals for the 2009-2011 Biennium
- To help plan and host an outstanding International Convention.
- To provide leadership and professional development for all women educators.
- To enthusiastically recruit active and newly retired educators and scholarship candidates.
- To increase personal skills in technology, advocacy for the arts and empowered meaningful service in our communities and the world.
- To be informed on critical issues for women, education and children and take non-partisan action as appropriate.
- To continue to offer leadership and personal growth opportunities at Creative Arts and Rainbow Lodge retreats.

We provide leadership, professional and personal growth opportunities through area workshops, state meetings and retreats.
