2016 COMMUNICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY REPORT
The responsibility of the Communications and Technology Committee is to encourage, support and educate members in the use of Society publications including The New Oregon Trail, The News, The Bulletin, The Buzz, and the Communications Guide and technologies such as the Internet, electronic mail and websites.
Committee Activities:

Emailed a reminder of deadlines regarding newsletters, yearbooks and brochures.November through March
Received and reviewed newsletters through email and mail.January
Sent emails to members that the Winter Trail was ready for viewing on the State website.March
Reviewed chapter newsletters submitted to the committee.
Determined chapters eligible for recognition at the Alpha Rho State Conference.
