2016 The Unique Boutique Report
2015-2016 has been an active year for The Unique Boutique. We participated at the ARS Convention in Eugene, Beta Beta Chapter’s May Meeting, the Fall Leadership Conference in Philomath, The PAC Brunch at Portland’s Multnomah Athletic Club in November, and again at Beta Beta Chapter's meeting in December.
We always try to have DKG items to help raise awareness for our organization as well as to identify our members when working as volunteers in the community. Come by the Boutique and check out our new items; pick up some new pins for your ribbon as well as great thank you gifts for members, guest speakers and/or teacher friends.
Help us with our mission to support our sisters in their growth in DKG through the Boutique Treasure Stipend*. How can you help? Invite the Boutique to a chapter meeting or when holding a special event. Perhaps join with another chapter for a special meeting. Remember the Boutique’s profits sponsors the Boutique Treasure Stipend.
Support a young teacher and/or a new member and encourage them to experience an ARS convention, a Regional or International Convention. Do you have a member attending an International training? A Boutique Treasure Stipend can help to make that a reality.
Copies of the Boutique Treasure Stipend application are available at the Unique Boutique at State Convention, on the ARS website or by sending an email request to roncatiebrown1@msn.com
