2016 Parliamentarian Report

 

My duties, as the parliamentarian for Alpha Rho State, are to serve as a consultant to the State President, Officers, Committees, and members.

I served as an advisor to the Bylaws Committee while they worked on revising the state documents.

I attended and participated in the State Convention located in Eugene. 

I attended the Northwest Regional Conference, which was held in Canada.  I attended a parliamentary workshop on minutes.

I attended and participated in the Fall Conference in Philomath where I helped introduce changes, which had been made to the state documents.

I also belong to a parliamentary unit in the Portland area so that I may learn more about parliamentary procedures.
