2016 Alpha Rho State President’s Report
My duties as President of Alpha Rho State, this first year of the biennium, are to conduct Executive Board Meetings, provide leadership for the state and continue to connect with chapters, offering support and sharing information from International.
July 2015
- Attended NW Regional in Saskatchewan Canada. Attended State President trainings, as well as participated in numerous workshops and the U.S. Forum.
September 2015
- Helped plan and attended the Fall Conference in Philomath; conducted the Executive Board Meeting.
October 2015
- Worked on President’s message for the Trail
November 2015
- Attended the Portland Chapters’ Fall Brunch
December 2015
- Attended planning session in Pendleton for 2016 State Conference
February 2016
- Attended Omega & Epsilon chapter meeting in Medford
- Arranged for and appeared at State Finance Committee mtg. in Monmouth
- Worked on articles and President’s Message for the Trail
March 2016
- Attended Psi Chapter’s Excellence in Action event in Hillsboro
- Worked on planning for State Conference
April 2016
- Will attend Beta Beta’s chapter meeting
- Will attend State Conference in Pendleton
May 2016
- Will attend Zeta Chapter meeting
July 2016
- Will attend International Convention in Nashville, TN
