2016 Treasurer's Report As the Alpha Rho State Treasurer, I have completed my duties as assigned in the International Constitution and the Alpha Rho State Bylaws to the best of my ability. All monies received have been deposited and disbursements have been made as adopted in the budget or as provided for in the Bylaws and Standing Rules of Alpha Rho State, Oregon.
