2016 Vice-President Report

My duties as Vice President of Alpha Rho State, this first year of the biennium,
are to serve as State Conference Coordinator, assist the President in her
duties in leadership for the state, as well as offer support to chapters.

June 2015
Attended and helped State President with the State Leadership Transition meeting.

July 2015
Met with State President to plan for Fall Executive Board meeting.
Attended NW Regional Conference in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

September 2015
Attended DKG Fall Conference in Philomath.

November 2015
Attended District 6 Fall Brunch in Portland.

December 2015
Traveled to Pendleton with State President to view site for State Conference.
Met with site contact person as well as the local DKG contact person.

February 2016
Attended State Finance/Budget meeting in Salem.

March 2016
Met with State President, State Secretary, and Immediate Past State President to review plans for State Conference.
Looked at 3 possible sites for next year's State Convention in Grants Pass, Medford, and
Canyonville.
Returned to Pendleton to meet with new site contact person and confirm details about 2016 Conference.

April 2016
Completed final plans for State Conference in Pendleton.
Coordinated and implemented State Convention.
