Scholarship funds shall be increased by 5 percent of endowment per year.

Each chapter shall have a NET gain of two members during the biennium.

All chapters shall have a representative attend at least one meeting above the chapter level (district meeting, state convention, chapter leadership training, Zeta State Leadership Management Seminar, Zeta State Executive Board Meeting).

Zeta State Leadership Management Seminar shall have twenty participants.

Two or more Zeta State members shall apply for the International Golden Gift Leadership Seminar and/or an International Golden Gift stipend.

Each chapter shall implement a mentoring program
